Nutritional Information

Supports healthy energy production and immune function with a potent B vitamin formula with non-methylated forms of B12 and folate.

Take 1 capsule with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.

1 capsule: Thiamin (as thiamine hydrochloride) 25mg, Riboflavin (as riboflavin 5-phosphate sodium) 20mg, Niacin (79% as inositol hexanicotinate & 21% as niacin) 95mg, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5-phosphate) 20mg, Folate (as folinic acid) 680mcg DFE (400mcg), Vitamin B12 (as dibencozide and hydroxycobalamin) 50mcg, Biotin 750mcg, Pantothenic acid 125mg.

Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hypromellose and water), ascorbyl palmitate, and silica.
