Ordering
Orders received by 12.30pm Mon-Fri are normally shipped same day. Orders received after 12.30pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. UK orders should arrive in 1-3 working days.
Please note we can not ship to PO Boxes.
Your orders may be dispatched from multiple warehouses and items can arrive in separate packages. Allow 4 working days before contacting us if you are missing an item.
If you wish to purchase multiple tests for people in the same household please add quantity as 1 for each test so that individual patient forms can be completed. You can keep adding multiple tests to the same basket as long as patients reside at the same address. For multiple tests for the same patient you only need to complete the patient form once.

Delivery
Delivery is available to the UK for a flat rate of £3.50 regardless of the number of items added to your basket. Delivery is automatically FREE on UK orders over £100.
International shipping rates vary per country. Regardless of the number of items added to your basket, there is only one shipping fee.

UK orders are dispatched using FedEX, EVRI, Royal Mail, DPD or DHL courier depending on weight and value. These items may require a signature. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of ordering.
International orders are usually shipped via FedEX, UPS or DHL - tracking numbers will be provided via email. Please note we are not responsible for overseas VAT or import fees so the courier may notify you to ask for a release payment for your goods. This is entirely at the discretion of the customs agents in your country - most orders do not require this but on occasion parcels can be stopped and flagged for import payment, which you would need to make directly to them.
Due to significant tariff changes that went into effect on August 29, 2025, which removed the duty-free exemption for packages under $800, all shipments to the U.S.A are likely to be flagged for import customs charges.
If you refuse to accept delivery or fail to collect your supplements or test kits from the courier your items will be returned to us and you will be refunded less your original postage costs plus a £70 return fee.
Test kits are dispatched directly from the Laboratories on our behalf.
All test samples should be returned to the respective laboratories within 6 months of purchase. If you know in advance that you will not be able to send your sample back within 6 months, please contact us for an extension. If you fail to send your sample back to the laboratories within 6 months you may require a new kit at an additional charge of £20 - please contact us to check.
