Christmas Opening Hours
We are closed on 25th, 26th Dec & Jan 1st but our customer services team are available to support you throughout the Christmas period. Last date for ordering supplements and tests for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is 17th December. If you have a health test kit you have not sent back yet, please ensure it reaches the labs before 19th December. Most labs are closed from Dec 23rd – Jan 2nd so we advise not sending samples back over this period. Please note results will be delayed over the Christmas due to the lab shut downs.
Ordering
Orders received by 12.30pm Mon-Fri are normally shipped same day. Orders received after 12.30pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. UK orders should arrive in 1-2 working days.
Please note your orders may be dispatched from multiple warehouses and items can arrive in separate packages.
Delivery
Delivery is available to the UK for a flat rate of £3.50 regardless of the number of items added to your basket.
International shipping rates vary per country. Regardless of the number of items added to your basket, there is only one shipping fee.

UK orders are dispatched using FedEX, EVRI or Royal Mail depending on weight and value. These items may require a signature. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of ordering.
International orders are usually shipped via FedEX or DHL - tracking numbers will be provided via email. Please note we are not responsible for overseas VAT or import fees so the courier may notify you to ask for a release payment for your goods. This is entirely at the discretion of the customs agents in your country - most orders do not require this but on occasion parcels can be stopped and flagged for import payment, which you would need to make directly to them.
