Supports normal nervous system function, psychological wellbeing and energy metabolism with a blend of DMG, Betaine, B vitamins, L-Carnosine, Zinc and Magnesium, specifically formulated for children aged 4 and older.

Liquid:
4-11 years old: 1/2 Tablespoon, twice daily.
Over 12 years old: 1/2 Tablespoon, 3 to 4 times daily.

Capsules:
4-6 years old: 2 capsules daily
6-12 years old: 2 capsules, twice daily.
Over 12 years old: 2 capsules, 3 to 4 times daily.
