Magnesium carbonate is one of many salts of magnesium used clinically. The carbonate and other salts, such as trisilicate, citrate, oxide and sulfate, are used widely for relief of gastrointestinal symptoms of dyspepsia, heartburn, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and constipation, by acting as antacids and laxatives.

Supports relief of gastrointestinal symptoms like heartburn, indigestion, acid reflux and constipation. Magnesium carbonate, along with other salts, acts as an antacid and laxative for digestive health.

1-3 teaspoons daily or as advised by a health care professional.
