Phosphatidylcholine (PC) supplements support liver health by aiding fat metabolism and detoxification, making it beneficial for liver conditions like fatty liver disease. PC enhances brain function, as it’s a precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter essential for memory and cognitive health. It also strengthens the gut lining, supporting digestive health and potentially helping with conditions like IBS. Additionally, PC promotes heart health by reducing homocysteine levels and supporting cholesterol balance.

Take 1 teaspoon by mouth twice daily. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to the desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. Use within 60 days of opening.
