We have created this test specifically to match the vitamins covered in our ULTIMATE methylation DNA test (see HERE) however it can also be ordered as a stand alone vitamin and mineral health check.

If you order the ULTIMATE methylation DNA test and add this test as well then our practitioners will evaluate the results of both tests in your review.

The methylation blood test allows us to review your current vitamin and mineral levels so we can advise on the exact supplements required for optimal levels.

The report is provided via PDF.

Our agency nurse service will contact you within 3 working days to arrange a convenient time to visit you in your home to take your sample - price of this home service is included already. Suitable for age 18 and over.

Please note that if you cancel your nurse visit within 48 hours of your appointment there is a £60 fee to rebook a new slot.

If you have previously had or just ordered a methylation DNA test then you can select for us to review both results together so you get the most accurate protocol for your current health. Blood test results are sent immediately they are ready but we will wait to provide our advice until we have reviewed in conjunctioned with your DNA results if these are still pending.

micronutrient assay test provides an individual with a comprehensive look at their nutritional status. Measuring the levels of vitamins and minerals in the body can reveal deficiencies that may be causing symptoms of ill health.

This venous blood test (blood drawn from vein in arm) is carried out in your own home (anywhere in mainland UK) by a qualified nurse at a time to suit you. You then use the freepost envelope to send your sample back to the laboratory - results available in 10 working days.

Stay well hydrated before your test (water only). Take your sample at least 24 hours after any vitamin or mineral supplements. If you require the most accurate triglyceride or LDL cholesterol levels, then we do recommend fasting for 12 hours or overnight prior to the test in the morning.

Once ordered you will receive your test tube kit via Royal Mail in 2-3 days. Our nurse service will use the telephone number you provide to contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time to come to your home to take your sample - we recommend arranging a morning sample Mon-Thurs. A free post envelope is included with your kit so when the nurse has taken your sample, simply pop straight in a post box.
