Nutritional Information

Chamomile is traditionally used in western herbal medicine for nervous indigestion and mild gastrointestinal inflammation

Contains herbs used in traditional western herbal medicine for their antispasmodic and carminative effects, for use in bloating, flatulence and dyspepsia

Lemon balm is traditionally used in western herbal medicine to support healthy mood balance and relieve symptoms of stress

Adults and children over 12 years take one capsule, three times a day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
