L-Theanine, an amino acid found in tea, is known for its calming effects without causing drowsiness. It raises GABA levels and alpha waves in the brain, making it beneficial during times of stress and anxiety.

Lamberts® Theanine & Lemon Balm Complex combines 200 mg of L-Theanine with 6,000 mg of lemon balm, traditionally used as a sedative and relaxant, and known to enhance attention and memory. The formula also includes three B vitamins: folic acid and biotin, which support psychological functions, and pantothenic acid, which contributes to normal mental performance.

 

Nutritional Information

Supports relaxation and reduces stress with L-Theanine, an amino acid from tea known for its calming effects without drowsiness by boosting GABA and alpha brain waves. Combined with 6000mg of lemon balm, traditionally used as a sedative, and B vitamins, including folic acid and biotin, for normal psychological function and pantothenic acid for mental performance.

Take 2 tablets daily with a meal.

To be stored in a cool dry place and protected from light.

The following list of allergens are excluded: Wheat, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk (and milk products), Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites and Gluten containing ingredients.
