Dosage: 2 tablets per day
Timing: Take each tablet with food (not an empty stomach)

1x Adreset (Nutri Advanced) – 60 capsules:
Dosage: 2 capsules per day
Timing: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon

1x Magnesium Glycinate (Pure Encapsulations) – 90 capsules:
Dosage: 3 capsules per day
Timing: 1 capsule in the morning, 1 capsule in the afternoon, and 1 capsule before bed
