Designed to reflect the specific nutrient needs for women aged 50 and beyond, this is a high strength multivitamin with 28 different vitamins, minerals and botanical extracts. Wherever possible NA use the active and preferred vitamin forms to ensure the body can utilise these nutrients quickly and efficiently. Providing support for bone health, energy and vitality, stress, joint health, brain health as well as immunity, this formula helps your body cope with the demands of everyday modern life and ensures that you can continue to live a healthy and happy life.

This supplement supports overall health with 90 mg of calcium from marine algae (AlgaeCal®), plus vitamin D3, K2, and boron for bone health. It includes 50 mg each of curcumin for joint support, ashwagandha for energy and stress resilience, and bacopa extract for cognitive function. With 1000 IU of algae-derived vitamin D3 for cellular and immune support, along with essential trace minerals and high-potency B vitamins (including activated B12 and folate).

This two-a-day formula features smaller tablets for easy consumption, making it ideal for those who prefer a more manageable size.
