Zinc 30 (Pure Encapsulations) – 60 capsules:
Dosage: 2 capsules per day
Timing: 1 capsule in the morning, 1 capsule in the evening

NAC 600mg (Pure Encapsulations) – 90 capsules:
Dosage: 3 capsules per day
Timing: 1 capsule in the morning, 1 capsule in the afternoon, 1 capsule in the evening
