Frequently asked questions for Subscriptions
You choose your preferred supplements and delivery frequency (monthly). We’ll handle the rest, processing and shipping your order automatically on the same day each month.
Your payment will be processed on the same day each month based on your initial order date. Your card will be charged at midnight on the day that you made the order. Example: You purchased a subscription order on 25th July at 13:00, the next payment will be taken on 25th August at 00:01am. You’ll receive a reminder email 3 days before each upcoming payment.
Yes! You can pause or skip your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription page in your account.
To skip a subscription:
- Login to your account (top right of Home screen then click "Account")
- Click "Manage Your Subscription"
- Click "Show details" on the subscription you want to skip
- Click "Manage upcoming orders" once you scroll down you will see all your upcoming orders.
- Click "Skip Shipment" and it will ask you to confirm. Once you cofirm it, you will see "Order is currently skipped" next to the order date.
To pause a subscription:
- Login to your account (top right of Home screen then click "Account")
- Click "Manage Your Subscription"
- Click "Show details" on the subscription you want to pause.
- Click "Manage upcoming orders"
- Click "Pause Future Orders" and you will see a confirmation "Order paused"
To change your payment information:
- Login to your account (top right of Home screen then click "Account")
- Click "Manage Your Subscription"
- Click "Show details"
- Click "Payment Information"
- Click "Change payment information" this will send you an email to update your payment details.
Just be sure to make changes before the next billing cycle.
To change or amend your address:
- Login to your account (top right of Home screen then click "Account")
- Click "Manage Your Subscription"
- Find the subscription you want to change the address to
- Click "Show details"
- Click "Address and shipping information" and on the right hand side there is a blue button "Edit"
- Click "Edit"
- Use the dropdown list to select existing addresses to amend
- To add in a new address untick "Use an existing address" and type in new details
- Click "Save changes" and that will update your shipping information for all future orders
You can amend the quantity, order frequency or add/remove products.
To amend quantity:
- Login to your account (top right of Home screen then click "Account")
- Click "Manage Your Subscription"
- Click "Show details"
- Click "Products in my subscription" and on the right hand side there is a blue button "Edit"
- Click "Edit" and this will allow you to adjust quantity of the products in your subscription.
- Click "Save" and you will see a confirmation "Subscription Updated"
To amend order frequency permanently:
- Login to your account (top right of Home screen then click "Account")
- Click "Manage Your Subscription"
- When you see your order details, you will see in bold Order frequency
- Click "Change frequency" and select the frequency you want.
Important: This change will take effect after the next order date and be reflected in the upcoming orders.
To change your next order date and future dates:
- Login to your account (top right of Home screen then click "Account")
- Click "Manage Your Subscription"
- When you see your order details, next to the order date there is a blue button "Edit future order"
- Click "Edit future order", this will let you select a new date for your future order and give you the option to update all future dates, only next order date or pause future orders.
- Click "Save Changes" and it will update your subscription
Important: If you change your next order date to be the current day it will take up to 60 minutes to process your order.
To add products to your subscription:
- Login to your account (top right of Home screen then clickYour "Account")
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- When you see your order details, there is a button called "Add Products"
- Click "Add Products" and a search bar will open with products
- Search for the product you want to add
- Select the product and it will let you choose the quantity. Select whether you want to add it to the next order only or add it to the subscription for all future orders.
To remove products:
- Login to your account (top right of Home screen then click "Account")
- Click "Manage Your Subscription"
- Click "Show details"
- Click "Products in my subscription" and on the right of each item you will see red text Remove Product
- Click "Remove Product" it will ask you to confirm and then you will get confirmation "Product removed from subscription."
You can cancel anytime.
- Login to your account (top right of Home screen then press "Account")
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Click "Show details" on the subscription you want to cancel
- Scroll to the last dropdown where it says "Cancel Subscription"
- Click the red button "Cancel subscription"
- It will ask you to confirm so click the red button "Cancel subscription" again
- You will get a confirmation "Subscription cancelled" and it will disappear from your account.
IMPORANT: If you want to reactivate a cancelled subscription:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page where you manage your subscriptions and there is a button called "View Inactive Subscriptions".
- Click "View Inactive Subscriptions", it will show all your inactive subscriptions and a button under each one called "Reactivate subscription"
- Click "Reactivate subscription" and it will show a confrimation with your next order date
- Click "Yes, Reactivate my subscription" and it will show you a confirmation "Subscription reactivated"
- You can now see your subscription in "Manage Subscription" page
Subscription Terms
1. Overview of Subscription Service
By subscribing, you agree to receive your selected supplements on a recurring basis according to the frequency you choose (e.g., 30, 60 or 90 days).
Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped according to this schedule.
2. Subscription Payments
Payment Timing: Your payment will be processed on the same day each month based on your initial order date. Your card will be charged at midnight on the day that you made the order. Example: You purchased a subscription order on 25th July at 13:00, the next payment will be taken on 25th August at 00:01am. You’ll receive a reminder email 3 days before each upcoming payment.
If you change your payment method or update your subscription, the payment date may adjust, but will remain aligned with your original subscription schedule.
3. Subscription Notifications
Reminder Email: You will receive an email 3 days before each upcoming subscription payment and delivery. This will provide you with time to make any adjustments to your order if needed.
4. Pause/Skip Subscription
You have the option to pause or skip your upcoming subscription payment and delivery.
To manage your subscription preferences, visit the Manage Subscriptions page via your account.
5. Changing Subscription Details
You can modify your shipping address, payment method, or delivery schedule by logging into your account.
Changes must be made before the next billing cycle. Changes after payment will be applied to the following cycle.
6. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime. To avoid charges for the upcoming cycle, please cancel your subscription at least 1 day prior to the payment date.
Cancellations after payment has been processed will apply to the following subscription cycle, and you will still receive the final shipment for the current cycle.
7. Refunds and Returns
Supplements: All unwanted supplements must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please email info@mybodyfabulous.co.uk with your order number within this time frame for authorization and return instructions.
Return Shipping: Unwanted items are returned at your cost, and a restocking fee may apply. Please ensure items are unopened, sealed, and properly packed for return to avoid damage.
Multiple Warehouses: As we ship from various locations, return instructions will be provided upon authorization.
Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned goods in their original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days, less the original delivery charge and any applicable restocking fees.
8. Managing Your Subscription
Manage your subscription anytime through the Manage Subscriptions page. You can update your details, pause/skip a cycle, or cancel your subscription with ease.
