Biome Balance Everyday (formerly Acidophilus Extra 10) – Lamberts is a highly recommended probiotic in the UK, offering 10 billion live bacteria per capsule. This formula is suitable for long-term use and features two clinically studied strains and an acid-stable polysaccharide matrix for protection in the stomach. It’s a convenient one-a-day supplement suitable for those on antibiotics, travelers, the elderly and those on sugar or yeast-free diets. For optimal potency, capsules are refrigerated until dispatch and include a desiccant lining to preserve viability.

 

Nutritional Information

Supports gut health with 10 billion live bacteria per capsule, making it a good option for long-term use.

Adults take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Take with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning when the pH of the stomach is at its highest (i.e. not so acidic). Do not take within half an hour of consuming hot food or drink, heat kills bacteria. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
To be stored in a cool dry place and protected from light preferably in a refrigerator.

Bacterial Culture (providing Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus acidophilus), Capsule Shell (Hypromellose & Gellan Gum), Anti-caking Agent (Stearic Acid).
