Diamine Oxidase (DAO): Enzymes already naturally found in your gut, working away to remove excess histamine. Aperitif contains a supplement form of these enzymes, found in a delayed-release capsule designed to boost the DAO levels in your body.

Vitamin C: The perfect compliment to help activate and increase the bioavailability of the DAO enzyme, amplifying the capsules effectiveness.

Take 1 capsule 15-20 minutes before consuming high histamine food or drink. Maximum daily dose is 3 capsules. Do not exceed the daily dose.
