This natural enzyme, extracted from the stems of fresh pineapples, is traditionally used to aid digestion. It is one of the highest strength bromelain products available, providing 1250 gelatin dissolving units (GDU) per tablet. The small, vegetarian and vegan tablets are tasteless, making them easy to incorporate into your routine.

 

Nutritional Information

Supports digestion and inflammation management with bromelain, a natural enzyme from pineapple stems. This high-strength formula provides 1250 GDU per tablet, aiding in the digestion of fatty or protein-rich meals, and may help reduce inflammation from sprains and strains, particularly when combined with turmeric for enhanced curcumin absorption.

For joint care: 3 tablets (1 between each meal) for one week. Thereafter a maintenance dose of 1 tablet daily can be taken for 3 to 6 months.
For digestive care: 1 tablet before each main meal up to a maximum of 3 per day.
Disintegration Time

To be stored in a cool dry place and protected from light.

Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine).

The following list of allergens are excluded: Wheat, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk (and milk products), Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Fish, Shellfish, Yeast and Gluten containing ingredients. Suitable for vegetarians.
