Each tablet provides a full 200µg of chromium. Ingredients: Chromium GTF (as Picolinate), Cellulose, DiCalcium Phosphate, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine), Stearic Acid
