World-renowned human biologist Gary Brecka recommends identifying and addressing coeliac disease early to help prevent widespread imbalances in the gut microbiome, which may also impact emotional wellbeing.

This test helps differentiate between coeliac disease and non-coeliac gluten sensitivity by measuring IgA and IgG antibody levels to deamidated gliadin peptide, gliadin, and gluten.

Important Pre-Test Instructions:
If you have a diagnosed gluten allergy that could trigger anaphylaxis, do not reintroduce gluten before taking this test.

For everyone else, gluten-containing foods should be consumed daily for 7 days before testing. You should then wait 25 to 30 days after starting gluten reintroduction before collecting and returning your sample, to ensure accurate results.
