MegaMag® Night Formula supports restful sleep with a blend of high-strength magnesium, B vitamins, l-tryptophan, l-theanine, hops and Lactium®, a lactose-free milk protein hydrolysate. This chamomile-flavored powder provides 200mg of magnesium in glycinate form for superior absorption and tolerance.

Hops and Lactium® enhance relaxation, while magnesium calms muscles and nerves and supports energy production. The B vitamins B6, folic acid (as 5-MTHF), and B12 promote normal psychological health and nervous system function. The powdered format allows for therapeutic levels of l-theanine and l-tryptophan, which are difficult to achieve in tablets or capsules.

 

Nutritional Information

Supports restful sleep with a blend of high-strength magnesium, B vitamins, L-tryptophan, L-theanine, hops and Lactium® in a chamomile-flavored powder. Each scoop delivers 200mg of magnesium glycinate for superior absorption, along with calming amino acids and herbs to enhance relaxation and psychological health.

Directions: Mix one scoop (5.8g) into 100-250ml of water (adjust to taste), one to two times daily, or as recommended. May be taken during the day and/or one hour before bedtime.
