MegaMag Night Plus supports restful sleep with a blend of high-strength magnesium, B vitamins, l-tryptophan, l-theanine, hops and Lactium, a lactose-free milk protein hydrolysate. This chamomile-flavored powder provides 200mg of magnesium in glycinate form for superior absorption and tolerance.

Hops and Lactium enhance relaxation, while magnesium calms muscles and nerves and supports energy production. The B vitamins B6, folic acid (as 5-MTHF), and B12 promote normal psychological health and nervous system function. The powdered format allows for therapeutic levels of l-theanine and l-tryptophan, which are difficult to achieve in tablets or capsules.

Supports restful sleep with a blend of high-strength magnesium, B vitamins, L-tryptophan, L-theanine, hops and Lactium® in a chamomile-flavored powder. Each scoop delivers 200mg of magnesium glycinate for superior absorption, along with calming amino acids and herbs to enhance relaxation and psychological health.

Mix one scoop (5.8g) into 100-250ml water or juice, one to two times daily, or as recommended. May be taken during the day and/or one hour before bedtime.
