This supplement, available in either a 60-gram powder or 60 capsules, features Trimethylglycine (TMG), also known as glycine betaine. TMG is an important nutrient for cardiovascular health, known for its role as a "methyl donor" that supports the conversion of homocysteine into methionine, a non-toxic amino acid. Research has shown that TMG can help maintain healthy homocysteine levels, which is beneficial for heart health. A study found that individuals consuming more than 360 mg of TMG per day had, on average, 10% lower homocysteine levels and 19% lower C-reactive protein levels, both of which are associated with heart health.

 

Nutritional Information

Supports cardiovascular health by acting as a methyl donor to help convert homocysteine into the non-toxic amino acid methionine, promoting healthy levels of homocysteine and helping to reduce inflammation.

Powder: One rounded scoop in the morning mixed with food or drink or as suggested by your health care practitioner.

Capsules: Take two (2) capsules in the morning with or without food, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
TMG should be taken with co-factors B6, B12, and folic acid.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dark place out of reach of children.
